This is for my ladies and the guys who ran for yesterday's National Cross Country 2007.

I'm fcuking proud of you guys.
You did amazingly well this year, no doubt.
To be in AI Track Team has been a major turnaround for me.
And I was there, cheering you guys on.
I realised the strong bond we have and always will have.
And the goal to be the best neighbourhood track team, I'm sure we've put a mark there.

But when I saw you ran towards the finishing line, I saw how much you've gone through.
Through pain, sadness and happiness.
You've done your best, your personal best.
Be proud of yourselves, show the other teams what we're made of.
We strived, we compete, we achieved.

Such glory can never be compared to anything.
To my B Girls and B Boys, you did especially well.
National Track Meet is around the corner, let's achieve what we never achieved before.
Let's make history before we leave because then they know, who we are.
Bring down the champions, soar through thick and thin.
I'm here for you, always will be.
AI Track Team, I thank you with all my heart for the good times I had.
