I just want to make my parents proud, that's all.

I don't know if you think that I'm throwing my future away but I've made up my mind about it. I am going to work as an air steward after my A's and I'll most probably do that after I get my Uni degree. I figured that I'll do what I love to do and paid for it. Dad asked me this question the other day - What is your one hobby that can earn you money? At first thought, well, designing clothes :) But, it then occured to me that I was only good at it, but I don't really enjoy doing it.

I enjoy travelling even though experiencing something that is out of my comfort zones seem to be the most scariest experiences to me. But everything has to start from somewhere right? Plus, you gain lifetime memories along with it. Now to think of it, people don't usually do the kind of jobs that their degrees entitle them to. Take for example, my cousin who has a degree in Science but he's now working with the Nokia firm doing business. It's just something that he is passionate about - business with technology. Hence for me, I've to say that I'm passionate about becoming an air steward, given all the criticisms I might face. I'll do whatever it takes for me to become one. Even though my parents MIGHT be disappointed about what I want to do in the future (they rather see their children continue with their business), I know that they'll have my back when I need them. Right now, I believe that I have to go my own way :D
